Here in Seattle, you can access the New York Times, Seattle Times and others with a Seattle Public Library card.

For example, in Maryland, you can access The Baltimore Sun, Cap Gazette and others if you have an Anne Arundel Co. library card. Other counties have programs like this as well.

I’m not even going to dip my toe into that conversation. But what I will say is check your local libraries instead!

Often, if you have a library card, you can access local newspapers online for free.
