Golden hour beams enter from left to right into a cave or tunnel. Sunlight brilliantly illuminates the right-hand side of the entrance-facing wall but for the silhouette of a person walking by (outside). The rest of the space inside is dark, and increasingly so towards our point of view. The mentioned sunlight shines in immediately in front of a red wooden door which is arch-shaped to fit the tunnel or cave. Being at the end of the cave or tunnel—which turns 90 degrees to the left at its exit—the wooden door is therefore shadowed but visually centre-placed and clearly visible. Maybe it guards another way out… but while less stunning in relation to the bright exit, the shadowed red door looks locked and moreover, generally unpromising
