For those who celebrate, yesterday/today is Imbolc - the beginning of Celtic Spring and the time that Dragons traditionally emerge from their Winter hibernation ... lighter [and hopefully] warmer days on the way ...

I am not afraid."

Deaths & disappearances were fairly common in the remote wilderness of Nahanni National Park [Canada], but the discovery of four decapitated bodies between 1905 and 1945 - the heads were never found - led to one area becoming known as the "Valley of the Headless Men".

I'll have to watch it - my son's girlfriend is from Sydney and she was talking about Rosaleen Norton at Christmas - apparently her artwork was part of an exhibition that was touring in Australian in the mid 2010s that she went to.

Starmer says Trump's claim UK troops stayed off Afghan frontline 'insulting and frankly appalling' The mother of a veteran who suffered horrific injuries condemns the US president's comments as "the ultimate insult".

This definitely reflects the majority of public opinion in Britain - however the government seems loathe to comment - Emily Thornberry aside. Calling the remarks "disappointing" is not good enough ... Downing Street needs to call Trump out for the ignorant liar that he is.
