I shouldn't rate it based on a number probably. my actual feelings are that I enjoyed it and I think it'd be a good watch with friends for most of it.
They write comedy really well and it's always good to share a laugh with friends.

Finished Kamen Rider Kabuto.
It's not the best, but it shines in the characters even if half of them fall by the wayside.
