Since I'm currently going through autistic burnout (honestly I don't know if I will ever recover from it) I now find doing literally anything really hard and takes a lot of effort out of me

Literally any suggestion that behaves as though you can just "get over it" with logic. Like "well you need to eat, and this is food that isn't gonna hurt you" Okay? That doesn't stop my brain from saying "this is an awful texture and not for consumption"
