What's happening in Texas (and possibly NY, CA, IN, and elsewhere) around gerrymandering is a reminder: The Democratic Party needs to invest in winning state legislative races *every cycle, all the time.* You never know when a crisis will hit and we'll wish we had more seats or different leaders.

By the end of June, 23% of all ICE arrests were these arrests on the streets, targeting people with no criminal history or removal orders--90% Latin Americans. As I said at the time, this was a gigantic, open criminal conspiracy against the Constitution
