POSSIBLE human rights violations? Despite the Israeli media blackout there's still lots of evidence on video, eye witnesses and doctors volunteering in Gaza.

Palestinians should know that are several million Jews (I'm guessing) like me in the U.S. I grew up in a liberal Democratic household and used to be proud of Israel long ago, but no more for the reasons I gave. Don't know if Mamdani can deliver on his promises but I hope he gets the chance to try.

All MAGAts see, hear and read is how the economy is strong, interests have lowered, and this is all the fault of Dems. The Orange Foolius they worship is withholding food from them while paying ICE yet they still claim he's the best prez ever. Repugs depend on a stupid electorate to stay in power.

That quote makes me smile, especially issuing from the yap and fingers of the stupidest manchild to squat in the WH. I'm a Jew who supports Mamdani & Palestinians and opposes Zionist Jews. I can push back and say anyone who votes for Donnie and Repugs is stupid, a far truer statement.

With the guts to take back full governmental power and work to reverse decades of damage to the government, the economy, the environment, all of it--can fix it. I don't foresee it ever happening because, as I said, the game is rigged. But I can still speak out against it.

Besides not having a free economy we haven't had a true democracy since the founding of this nation. SCOTUS, the Repugs have made sure elections are rigged thru gerrymandering and Dem voter elimination laws. Neoliberal Dems voted for many of those justices and dept. secretaries. You've got Democrats speaking out Mamdani, proclaiming themselves to be capitalists and ashen-faced and curled up in a fetal position over the prospect of a "socialist" running NYC. Labels DO matter. I'm a liberal--NOT a Democrat. If I call someone a MAGAt I know exactly what they are. 2

The problem is that the political game is fixed. We've never had a free market economy and we haven't had open, transparent elections since at least 1968. The Dems were the racist party up to JFK until Nixon pre-empted that base. It was like the reverse of what happened during the Civil War. 1

Free and fair elections are good for business. Having a stable rule of law is important to the economy. Not having people afraid to go to work because they might be beaten up or disappeared is essential to a productive workforce. Democracy is essential for a strong economy.
