MAGA is unable to see any bit into the future. Remove all the undocumented, ad suddenly the grocery produce sections will be empty. Our elderly parents will go uncared for.
Are any criminals? Sure but far fewer than a group of typical MAGA. Most just want to work and support their families.
Russians are white enough for MAGA.

09.07.2025 20:36 β π 9 π 2 π¬ 0 π 0Respectfully, are you suggesting we should ignore the fact that it was the GOP doing all the firing?
Donβt get me wrong, Iβm in favor of making things right but Iβve learned from them that the blame game is real.
As I understand it, the people that wouldβve issued the warnings were fired by DOGE.
And Republicans will find a way to blame Obama or Biden for these deaths when the blood is on their hands.
Trump counts on the fact that his voters are less educated than those who donβt vote for him. He said it himself, βI love the uneducated.β

Abbott et al need to be prosecuted.
This is beyond serious. IMO itβs criminal at the least. Derilition, malfeasance, conspiracy, manslaughter.
Nuke em.
Can you imagine how theyβd be acting if it was a Democrat who is responsible?
Is it OK if I have sympathy for those that have lost loved ones and incredible anger at the politicians that let this happen? There are some acts of God that we canβt do anything about, but they literally fired the people who will alert us to these events.
06.07.2025 21:17 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Yes, you are 100% correct. But when we try to identify the source of the problem, they attack us.
This reminds me of that time a pandemic hit, and the prior administration had a well thought out playbook for such an event, but the administration in place at the time decided to trash it.
The people who lost children and other loved ones in the Texas floods are owed honest answers from officials. They should be told why flash flood warnings issued hours earlier were not conveyed to people in the path of the water. They donβt need more prayers from politicians. They need answers.

06.07.2025 19:10 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0My last thought on this thread. They voted for somebody who is directly responsible for defunding USAID. Many many people will die because we are not helping them anymore. Those are the people that I feel sorry for because they didnβt vote for this administration. Do you care about them?
06.07.2025 18:36 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Sorry. But to me words matter and I try to choose them carefully. I did not say nor do I feel that they deserve to suffer.
But letβs be clear, when a group of people insult me for literally wanting the best for them, wanting to see the poor among them, wanting to house the homelessβ¦. Out of effs.
And the ongoing question - what will it take before his voters realize that people are dying from his policies?
Will he manage to keep blaming Obama and Biden? And theyβll believe him?
New rule: no criticizing the way others choose to resist unless you have a better, actionable idea and kind, constructive feedback. New ideas are good! Performative contrarianism is useless.

As a quick example, a couple with an adjusted gross income of exactly $200,000, both 65 or older, would get a total $6000 as a deduction versus the $12,000 theyβd get at $150,000.
Yes, it is an additional $6000 deduction for those age 65 and older. But it also phases out over a certain income level so not all will benefit from it.

It takes resign a bit further down that page to see βfor 88% of those collecting.β
GOP math? 88% = 100%? Or are they redefining the word βnoβ?
The White House web site has a title βno tax on social securityβ then an explanation that 88% of recipients will pay no tax. So itβs ok to make a promise to 8 people but only deliver to 7? Thatβs a promise kept?
Most recipients (64% or so) already didnβt pay tax on their benefits.
