CubeCon 2025 was spectacular! We had 6 Milwaukee cubers make top 64, including Shariq who was crowned the CubeCon Champion! 🏆👑🔥

Yes! This cube was my introduction to peasant. Personally, wouldn’t want to play it any other way!

I only had rootbound crag and foothills, but another player had 10 nonbasics in the main deck!

Id love to see more splice onto instant or sorcery in the future, it seems like a perfect solution to the parasitic nature of splice onto arcane cards.

I tried to make those work before but some of them are really slow.

Cool! The original Dragon Shields aren’t ripping or anything, but half of them got little dirty crud flakes on them 😖

The pixie etb stuff looks appealing, but without knowing the density of its support pieces, I would play it safe and take my beloved DCB 🦇

I have found a lot of value in doing 1v1 Grid and or Winston drafts

I do my fair share of bot drafts and list pondering, but sometimes I just need to sit at the table and touch cardboard to get a full understanding of the cube

This gameplan looks reasonable to me! I know fixing was heavily contested at that table with 2-3 domain decks.

Im doing some playtesting this weekend and experimenting with having an EE in the command zone instead. Also adding a bit more lifegain to combat the burn and aggro decks. Any thoughts?

Id love to play it sometime, do you just announce you need players on stream? Alternatively, I could always try and get them to host it on the cubecon discord digital drafts

Looks really fun! I like the direction you are taking with reanimator. Using premium effects to bring back fair creatures like rune scar demon sounds like good clean magic to me!

If youre worried about it being too good you can just add more spot removal like fell or even murder feels good here

Finished strong with my first 3-0 of The Old Border Foil Cube!

My first 3 picks were fetchlands so I just took the most efficient cards while settling into the green seat.

I never have luck with the archetypal decks in this cube so I just played good stuff and got lucky with getting my colors.

Went (4-2) at Bar-B-Cube 2! Brings me to 16-8 overall at Mana Vault cube events. Still no top 8, YET!

Started out 1-2 in my friend Zach’s Heavy Metal Cube. Deck was sick but I made some dumb misplays.

There is a ton of overlapping synergy in this cube, and it goes up for CubeCon25 voting on 6/17!
