When I was in film school, I worked in recruitment for the department. One afternoon, the Dean came up to some of us and asked if "people still used Twitter". I said I did, but everyone else said no.

That was when I realized that the landscape was shifting.

I feel like my age range of Gen Z (2000-2002) is the final gasp of the broad social media user. 10 years ago when I was 15ish, it was expected of us to have EVERYTHING.

There’s a fundamental flaw in the narrative that has kept me up at night. Could see no way out of it that wasn’t contrived. But alas, a solution came to me while I driving home from work the other day!

Might be going to a GLADIATOR II advanced screening later tonight. So it’s time to rewatch the #1 movie from the year of my birth.

Gonna auction these off in 20 years like NFTs.
