Because we literally signed a disarmament treaty with them, stating if they would agree to full nuclear disarmament, we would defend them in the case of invasion. Who the fuck do you think they were worried would invade? Latvia?
He talked about electric cars. I don't know anything about cars, so when people said he was a genius I figured he must be a genius. Then he talked about rockets.
