She's a colleague I admire and respect.

People are right to be incensed, but there are more names to uplift. ICE killed an immigrant man named Silverio Villegas González in Chicagoland. He had children. Victor Manuel Diaz was kidnapped in Minneapolis and died in ICE custody on January 14. Their names deserve to be repeated, too.

She tried to delete it, and thought she had. That is different than claiming to delete it, which implies actual deception.

Why? All I see is people trying to score social media points while assuming (wrongly) the worst intentions on her part.

She deleted it and acknowledged she was wrong. Jesus. Y'all are real cool and very right about everything, always. Love that bluesky features the same twitter dogpiles and self-congratulatory circle jerks.
