Key Insight 3/3:
✅Challenges in Sustainability: After transitioning out of direct support, facilities were significantly less likely to sustain increases in LARC service volume—particularly for IUDs—highlighting the need for stronger logistics and systems support to maintain gains.

Key Insight 2/3:
✅Improved Service Availability: Availability of IUD services rose notably in recently supported facilities (from 13% to 50% in community-level facilities; 23% to 53% in health centers/hospitals, p < 0.001), signaling immediate improvements in access.

Key Insight 1/3:
✅Increased Provider Capacity: The proportion of providers trained to insert LARCs—especially IUDs—significantly increased, leading to more facilities offering a full range of LARC options during the intervention.
