Last week, four BELL students from the Wilhelm-Ostwald-Gynasium met to share their research with one another at @scadsai.bsky.social. As part of this special learning initiative, the students are working on a project with a scientific focus on AI. They all receive supervision for this.

This week, our colleague Dr. Josefine Umlauft gave a guest lecture in "Applied Geophysics" at the Department of Geosciences at University of Tübingen. Her colloquium on the topic: "Unraveling environmental dynamics from seismic noise with machine learning" was the departement highlight of the day. 🎉
