For me the biggest issues are in the board room. There NEEDS to be a restructure of the club and the professionals brought in need to be left to run the club without the interference of DD. If it doesn't happen then nothing will change

Absolutely but in DD's case he will be around still as no one will be paying the £100m odd it would take to buy his shares even if he would sell.

BUT at the very least he needs to fade back into the background and let the professionals that the club hire, run the club. No more interference
