A Message to the Police (British) State News of a Crown Prosecution Service Appeal against the ruling of their own judge is unsurprising. He ruled the charge was ‘unlawful and null’ and it was. It is unsurprising because this whole process has not been driven by the police or the courts, it has been driven by politicans backed up by British media. This is political policing. There is no ‘important point of law’. The CPS have submitted nothing new in their appeal. What there is though, is a state wide witch-hunt against Palestinian solidarity. The media were gleefully informed about this appeal before we were. 😠

Hopefully this season sees a clearout of Rodgers/Kennedy/Strachan as well as Nicholson/Desmond/Lawwell.

Celtic scored 20 goals in the first 6 league games of last season, only 8 scored this year

Hearts, Motherwell, Dundee Utd, Hibs & Kilmarnock all scored more goals, Livingston scored same having played 1 game less

Just as well we went big on forwards in the transfer window 🙈

Our striking options are a guy who has struggled for games never mind goals for two seasons and looks rusty. The other had both feet plus the contents of his locker out the door just a few weeks ago.
Our incompetent, not fit or purpose Board are to blame for both plus us not having a right winger.

Our “elite” manager has lost the ability to positively influence games and every other SPFL manager knows exactly how to set up against his dull boring tactics

Sean McArdle would be a better option than Engels and Bernardo. Looked good last year, played with his head up, always positive with his passes. His reward is Lowland league games. Rodgers is so boring

Rodgers bringing on Iheanacho showed how important it is to have a proper No.9, it allows other players to play, opens up the play etc. The fact that he’s the only first team actual striker we have (Kenny/Shin not up to it) shows what a disaster Desmond/Nicholson and Lawwell made of the window.

Exactly, that’s what I mean by this system - think we need him playing further forward or put someone alongside him in a double pivot.
