That was a good day.

We'd gotten a bit delivery of oats for the horses, then we went on a ride up the hills.

Nissan the cat was ever present to guard the oats from mice.

Miss those days, miss the bossman, miss the horses. But what memories to have.

Really, really great book. The language was outstanding. Such a brilliant read.
