Dose-efficient cryo-electron microscopy for thick samples using tilt- corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy - Nature Methods Tilt-corrected bright-field scanning transmission electron microscopy offers enhanced cryogenic electron microscopy contrast and substantial improvement in dose efficiency for thick samples such as bacterial cells and large organelles, while still being able to perform single-particle analysis.

Hey friends, sorry I've been MIA. I was in hospital for about a week due to a bad reaction between two meds I was taking. I'm OK, but taking some time off to recover.

21yrs ago I survived, we all did. I still remember the sounds, the sights. Some years are harder than others, this one has been quite terrible. The PTSD is real, rearing its head. The nightmares aren't as common these days, thankfully. My seat was 5B, aisle. 5th window, starting from that gate/door.
