I don't really use Facebook anymore but on Instagram, top left, you have a fall down menu with "for you" or "following" options, mainly like on Bluesky. I don't have tiktok either but they should have the same option also.

As an immigrant in the Netherlands, I can see it often. Dutch people even talk to me about it because somehow they think it doesn't apply to me. They are usually people who can't understand that their problems aren't coming from the migrants or the EU, but from the ones they keep voting in power.
