I ran my first game when I was about 12. It was a crawl through the sample dungeon in the D&D 3.0 handbook.

If someone rolled high on a d20, they hit and rolled damage. When you ran out of HP, you were dead. That was pretty much it.

It wasn't a great game or anything, but it was still pretty cool.
