Created an upgraded Bone Roc originally from Vecna's Eve of Ruin. With the Crimson Fungus covering it now, these Fungal Infested Bone Rocs are no joke

Changes:

* Removed Bludgeoning Vulnerability.
* Added 3 Villainous actions.
* Changed talon damage from necrotic to poison.
