#EDPB tak zinterpretowało obecny stan prawny. Albo błędnie i to sprawa np. dla TSUE. Albo trzeba zmienić prawo. Opt in/out to dyskusja od lat, prawda. I osobiście myślę, że in byłoby lepsze, no ale demokracja i takie mamy prawo. Opt-out daje wolność wyboru i przestrzeń dla np. uświadamiających NGOs

To urząd decydujący na bazie prawa przyjmowanego przez PE i Radę. Oczywiście zawsze można z tym do Luksemburga do TSUE pójść. Natomiast 1. ma być opcja opt-out na FB 2. #AIAct wymaga od #GPAI #LLM dopuszczanych przynajmniej w UE, sprawdzenia danych treningowe pod kontem praw autorskich.
