I've done so at least twice. If the City of Toronto deigned to email an acknowledgment once it's done, things would proceed much more smoothly, I assume. Why doesn't this happen?

I lost a shoe at a Ramones gig when they were playing this song. Twas a shame. I liked that shoe.
