If you like queer animation, try Watanare, currently airing. It's a fast-paced lesbian romcom with surprisingly good production value and the lesbianism is textual rather than a product of fan hallucination. No subtext, just in your face actual homosexuality.

And most lesbians had to work exceptionally hard to understand that we aren't attracted to men (thanks comphet!)

Despite how much some bi and pan folks hate hearing this... being a lesbian is a very different experience than being bi or pan. And wildly we dirty nasty mean lesbians are allowed to create representation that is solely about our experiences as lesbians
