I take my job as a teacher extremely seriously.

I was introduced to the world of David Lynch at age 12, when Twin Peaks premiered, which was very on brand for me. I instantly loved Lynch's wild, weird, wonderful mind and what he created. Rest well, sir, in a bizarre heaven of your own creation.

Today at pickup, one of my sprouts greeted his dad thusly:

DADDY! I did NOT have a good day! I didn't LISTEN. I KICKED my TEACHER and I was NOT a kind friend. Go home and get a treat?

Today I did a call and response to get my preschoolers to walk up the stairs in a timely if not utterly chaotic procession:

My kiddos: I WIKE TO MOVE IT MOVE IT

Me: I like to move it move it, I like to...

My kiddos: MOVE IT!!!

I have never been so proud of them.
