At the very least, after years of pressuring critics to give their faves automatic high scores, itโs a bit rich to get angry at one for doing exactly that.

I shouldnโt *know* the scores of certain games before reviews are even out, but thereโs an enforced belief that some series/studios are so inherently good they deserve automatic praise.
Deviation isnโt tolerated, itโs violently mobbed. Going with such a strong flow is easy.
