Week 19 of #30in30weeks

One recording, multiple formats. Capture ideas while walking, driving, or thinking out loud.

I spend time during the day researching, planning, architecting. Then have a skill document. At the end of the process, the skill creates a Github issue for all features, bugs, fixes etc.

While I sleep, an agent goes through the issues. All I do is wake up & check the work.

If you asked me a year or two ago whether I used GitHub issues, pull requests, branches, or trees, I would have said no. I am just one person. That mindset was wrong. In 2026, you can ship fast and still have structure, systems, and clarity.

It's 5am & i'm so addicted to @claudeai , I can't sleep!

Plus, I'm having so much fun using my pm + agent orchestrator tool Takumi.

I love my new process for adding book notes & thought to my personal website:

Option 1:
📱Talk directly to the NayaOS app, an agent finds the book, cleans up my voice note, sends it to my website

Option 2:
🦀Open claude code, tell it my thoughts on a book... then same process

Moving forward, I’m adding an AI Provider Abstraction Layer to all my templates to easily swap agentic frameworks and models. It keeps product logic stable while models, runtimes, & agents evolve underneath.

I’m really leaning into more local first apps driven by OSS models.

The older I get, the more certain I am that who you surround yourself with can determine whether you succeed in life or get held back. Being around genuinely intelligent people who are critical thinkers pushes you to think better, grow faster, and raise your standards.

I use AI to find real conversations where people talk about their problems in their own words, then I build and reach out based on that context. It changed how I find leads, and how I build.

I also love that I read so much about plants and insects that I knew at least more than half of the information in the book already 🤓

I used AI to do market research in under an hour. It found gaps, exposed where competitors fall short, and gave me a clear path forward, but it also showed me why speed without focus and planning can backfire. I shared what I’m doing differently now.
