On expensive, old, dirty trains which cost a fortune; my water and energy bills have increased an incredible amount in recent years, for United Utilities to still dump sewage into the river by mine.

In all seriousness: im 37, i have a PhD, I live in a rented house costing me a fortune, that had a leak the landlady didn’t get fixed for 6 months, and I have no hope of buying; there’s a pothole so big by my house it gave me a flat tyre which cost Β£200 to sort; I commute to work

I’m giving an (online) paper next Tuesday at the Institute of Historical Research. If anyone is interested in smaller territories, BOTs and decolonisation, feel free to join.
