Sorry. That was worded really weird due to character limits and rewriting because of it. But yeah. Different release dates for each movie.

The trilogy hit theaters in '81 just over a year after the show's original run and ended in '82. Overall, it did decent business at box office. Movie 3 was even the 4th highest-grossing Japanese film of its year. According to this image, it seems reruns started in '81. But I don't have hard dates.

If the location looks familiar that's because it's where Kamen Rider fought Man Spider and his goons from Episode 1 of the original show.

It seems that it was difficult to get permission to film at certain locations for Shin Kamen Rider. Apparently the only reason the filmmakers were able to shoot at Ogouchi Dam was because the person in charge of it was an Evangelion fan.
