Yeah I think I'm open for commentary or advice. Or maybe even just knowing whether or not others have felt this way before or not.

Starting and finishing something small could be ideal, possibly, I would just need to figure out both what that would be and how I'd get it done...

Iunno for sure, I'm certain there can be many nuances and contexts to this, but right now...I just feel like that's where my mind is at, right now, in trying to figure it all out...

Whereas if I just know I have the ability...I think it instills a sense of control and agency that I wouldn't otherwise feel, if that makes sense. Where I can feel like I can move onwards to see what that means and how that can play out, at my own, and expected, paces.

If that all tracks, that is.

The thing is, I think I very specifically cling onto "I can" more than "I will" because, well, I don't think I get a lot out of presuming things are foregone conclusions. These types of messages can tend to backfire on me and I might feel lax or no motivation to see it through in this context...

Maybe I need someone or more to, Iunno, every once in a while give me an "I can do this" or "You can get through this" or "I believe in you" or something like that. An unconditional acknowledgement of what I *can* accomplish and my potential. At least until I can regain that sense of faith myself.
