It was a really cool take on the exploration genre. Though, once aliens happened it went off the rails.

I remember watching it as a whole family. I was the only one to watch Trek.

Heck, my Netflix queue is almost all animated or anime. We should be leaning into this art form more as a culture, it truly shows creativity over bad CH remakes.

I'm 20 years out of my BFA in VFX. Renders take time, no matter what. So why not just animate it all anyway.

My oldest didn't want to see How To Train Your Dragon live, he wanted to see Elio. He thought Toothless looked weird in the trailers.

Animation is a timeless art form. We still laughing at looney tunes, Tom and Jerry, and Scooby doo. I still believe the Rankin and Bass Hobbit is the best version.

I know this is screaming into the void, but:

We don't need live action remakes of animated masterpieces. We need the opposite.

Good, coherent art direction will make animation timeless. Bad CG will always mar a live action production.

I don't want a live action K-Pop Demon Hunters.
