The very best part is that Trump would have every reason to sign this. He’s spent years talking about draining the swamp and prosecuting elites who got away with crimes. He’s publicly criticized the Epstein deal. He can’t claim executive privilege because it happened under Bush.

why they think victims’ rights don’t matter?
The key may be to frame it narrowly. Perhaps not every old case. Just ones involving sexual abuse of minors where victims were illegally excluded and it actually mattered to the outcome. That’s basically the Epstein deal and maybe a handful of others.

Congress can pass a law saying any plea deal that violated victims’ rights can be thrown out by a judge - even old ones. Including Epstein’s.

I want to clarify I am undeclared and part of neither party. That said, what RFK is doing is dangerous in many ways. However this all happened intentionally under every president and cabinet since the 70s. They all made sure we didn’t connect these dots.
