The sense I get from the other comments is that the murderous asshole army is likely to defeat itself by not focusing enough on logistics, and just generally being disorganized. Is this fair to say?

I don't know about military stuff, but my guess is that Hegseth is not the first person in history to think that "All we need is for our soldiers to be murderous assholes" - and because of that, I suspect there are existing strategies for defeating an army of murderous assholes. Would I be correct?
