Bb Major has been giving me fits. There is one point where I AM CONSTANTLY making the same error moving down the scale. I play a little game where I play the scale five times. If I make that mistake, the count starts over.

Tonight, I took me 47 minutes to get those five reps.

I'm struggling with finding a way for me to effectively oppose what is going on in the current administration. Part of me is wishing just watching all of West Wing would do it. The other part of me is trying to be more pragmatic. Writing to my reps, donating are givens. What else?

As of yesterday, I finished my 6th week on Tonic. I have practiced 42 days straight for a total of 53 hours and 45 minutes and have progressed to consistently practicing for at least 90 minutes a day for the last two weeks.

I'm pretty chuffed about that.

If I only sounded 50 hours better. 🤨 🎻🎶
