All the reviews coming in for Wicked: For Good, seeing them be mostly middling at best, reminds me that most people are not musical theatre people. Musical theatre people know that the second act of a musical is rarely as good as the first.

I think the most annoying part of this is that if you’re asking people to vote for constituents who aren’t fighting for their livelihood- hell, their HUMANITY, then you’re literally just asking people to vote to keep you in your position of power for your own self interest.
