Bit of confusion in @HMcEntee @news.rte.ie morning ireland interview re PfG housing goal. PfG says “300k new homes by end of 2030”. That’s 6 yrs not ‘lifetime of this government’ - average 50k/yr. “Ramping up to 60,000 a yr” won’t deliver that from current 30/35k pipeline.
