they also help my brain be much MUCH quieter during the day, no longer is my brain infested with a ridiculous amount of distracting thoughts ... peace and quiet!!

I describe it like... without meds my thoughts are scrambled, with them the thoughts are channelled... like a river...

my meds are thru gp/nhs now (yay) and I'll have a review later in the year, so maybe I'll ask to try a different brand or something or maybe an accompanying non-stimulant (read that they can help boost stims effectiveness?). but hey it's a start and its been better so far :)

like, my meds havent solved my executive dysfunction entirely, I still struggle a little but when I do actually start tasks I can maintain focus WAY better than normal. my mood is also x10 better with them and my sleep has improved massively.

sometimes I wonder do my adhd meds actually help but then when I don't take them my brain operates at like 0.000000001 mph and holy crap is this what I've been like the entire time

gotta purchase a 4TB portable hdd too for my FMP... basically had to sit and estimate how much 10mins of braw files are gonna be in size... 1.5mins got us about 250gb already 🙃

got my new m.2 in and slowly transferring everything off my hdd... good god its taking and age.

at least ill be able to use this hdd as an external drive once i get myself an enclosure wooooo need it for all my uni crap. vid files are huge 🙃
