These archaic societal norms do everyone an injustice. Accepting, believing and living in a world of equals as equals offers humankind so much more potential, because we all have so much to offer each other. Untapped potential continually being wasted. 🤷‍♂️

The big energy companies should be taxed more heavily and the money used to fund these schemes. That said no pensioner on the bread line is losing their winter fuel payment, so it’s largely sensationalist to talk about people dying without their Winter fuel allowance.

That’s a hell of an achievement given the rate at which labour and material costs have been increasing. Should now encourage serious engagement by the treasury with a view to secure the additional funding needed.

Misogyny is also at the root of this. If it was a male politician he’d not have been heckled in the way Ms Nicholl was. Respect for women is alien to a lot of men in the DUP. The party needs root and branch reform. It’s simply not compatible with the 21st century as it stands.

This is terrifying news and demonstrates clearly the DUP is directed by terrorists. We know what this group stands for, supports and endorses. It’s shameful.
