๐when considering Hz-glomerulonephritis look for multiple autoantibodies, high ANCA titers, vasculitis and lupus overlap
๐timing occurs after 3-5 years of Hz use, higher doses = higher risk
๐งฌgenetics may increase risk
๐ฅIS may help, but about 1/3 stay on dialysis
