This jeweled skeleton comes from the Waldsassen Basilika in Germany, the “Sistine Chapel of Death.” Skilled nuns, or occasionally monks, dressed the skeletons in elaborate 18th-century clothing and then covered them with jewels.

I say it's a great method of tackling such a long series. I'll throw on an episode while we're cleaning the kitchen or making dinner- or as bedtime wind down.
It may take awhile but the time will pass anyways.

This has led to some interesting things happening
A) we're currently on episode 254
B) we're supposed to be in episode 290
C) when we get to an arc we don't like, it takes us two weeks to watch a full episode
D) when we get to an arc we do like, it takes us two days to watch 40 episodes

3) if you exceed where you are supposed to be, you cannot bank those days for the future

The rules of our "at least one episode a day of One Piece" this year
1) You must watch at least one episode a day (duh)
2) if you do not watch an episode, you are now in debt for that episode, and you must make up at the next available moment

More cosplay! Cid and Y'Shtola were such a large undertaking. We patterned and modeled everything. 82 unique 3d models, 203 individual prints, and we made the shoes for Y'Shtola.
