This the East Wing of the Whitehouse being demolished to build a gaudy ballroom for Dear Leader while the gov is shutdown. This really represents the destruction this administration is doing to our country.

Every day I sit down to work and open Spotify on my phone...and they find some new way to annoy me. Popups like it's a Geocities site. Chat. Rearranging the UI after loading. I mean wtf.... can't even just put my in-progress podcasts handy I have to hunt for them. Just awful.

I will use multiple LLM tools to do security reviews of the code (including traditional SAST/DAST), so there's no reason I shouldn't be using multiple tools to build it.

And if you're curious--I cloned the repo locally and used Cursor to fix the problem pretty easily. I had already used ChatGPT to plan the app out. I think my lesson here is not to try too hard to get 1 tool to fix it when I can use multiple, and they have different strengths.

I realize it's not cost-effective for them to do analysis like "we were wasting the customer's money doing nothing," but it would be a killer and notable feature to have a review of this stuff and say "oh crap, sorry, here's $5 in credits" (even if it cost me $20).

Sure, you could say I need to be better at it to spend less, or pay more attention because i let it churn for nearly a half hour going in loops. But in the end, I spent money to not fix a problem.

Tried to build an app with Replit.com and it was pretty slick. Ended up subscribing ($10 1st mo w/coupon) and then burned through $25 in credits in like 2 hours because it was stuck in a loop and still couldn't resolve. This is the problem with this shit... it's usage and not outcome priced.(thread)
