Staff 'just want to cry' after closure of hospice ward A hospice spokesperson today told the ECHO they were "committed to providing the care people need, when they need it"

The inpatient ward at the Marie Curie hospice in south Liverpool has been closed since July and staff fear it will never reopen.

Workers told us people are suffering painful deaths while there is no hospice serving the entire south of the city.
