Meaning lives between things: between stories, between people, between words. It is in these in-between spaces that feeling, connection & understanding emerge, things we can't always name, yet which give life depth & help us relate as humans, beyond labels & hierarchies

You cannot understand people through diagnostic manuals or checklists of Autistic traits alone. Understanding comes through lived experience, through how a personโ€™s sensory system shapes them, and through how we relate to one another.

Truly honoured to have contributed to this book by @jo3grace.bsky.social & so many others.

What @kieranrose.bsky.social has written in the foreword expresses everything I am advocating for: truly honouring people as they are, being with them, and creating meaning together.

Hahaha!
Noooooo...... this is the first thing i have listened to today!
I weirdly remember Oribtal, that was a 90s thing....eeek....
monotropism, limerence, where time becomes loop, it is strangely fitting, but I don't want to add this into the mix!
