Dude! Just checked out your blog, man! Love the positivity, love the go-getter attitude, and i especially love the passion behind the motivation you preach. Often times, artists can really get under their own skin, so it's nice to have a personal blog that can really relate to those artists.

Having two different setups, for work and for relaxation, is so important for managing your time. It becomes so easy to want to try to have everything done in one "flow session", where we want everything done in one place, when it really isn't how our brains work. Love this! Keep it up!

This is great! I believe there's not enough blogs about Wellness and Mental Health, so you're doing a world a big favor! It's always nice to read a personal and grounded perspective on mental health, it's something, that I think, licensed therapists have a hard time communicating through.
