They came back a couple minutes later. Puddin gave Mercury a quick cleaning then he fell asleep while Mercury pouted.

I confess, I have watched my own video well over 50 times now and I still giggle. I was thrilled that I was able to catch the moment. Although Puddin decided to take his frustrations out on a slightly more evenly matched cat.

He grew into it. He was less than 2 pounds when we adopted him. Now he’s 26 pounds and 36 inches from nose to tail tip. He’s named Puddin after Harley Quinn’s nickname for The Joker. We didn’t know it would be a prophecy. 😁

They’ve reconciled, although Mercury is still tense. Puddin is asleep

They have reached an uneasy reconciliation. Mercury is still in a mood, but Puddin is back to snoring, confident in his ability to whoop some ass.
