Just had this VERY discussion in our coffee shop yesterday w a man who has had many friends axed in DC. All are reeling from the terminations!

This sledgehammer versus surgical precision method employed by this administration is going to destroy so much!

This blackout is to send a message, and we are here for the message that needs to be sent!

So, Wolfeboro will be a great town to spend your money in tomorrow because there are a lot of non-franchise businesses here, but please use CASH so that all the credit card processing companies also take the financial hit.

We actually chose Wolfeboro for our company relocation in 2016 because of all the small, independent businesses that are located here without much of the influence of large corporate cookie-cutter franchises so prominent in other communities.

The purpose of this boycott is to send a message to the corporations who are about to receive massive tax breaks under newly proposed legislation while the rest of us SMALL businesses pay more in taxes to make up for the tax breaks of billionaires.

Yes, we will be open, but PLEASE PLEASE make your best effort to ONLY use CASH with tomorrow's purchases here and at any other small, independent business you choose to support.
