This year marks the 80th anniversary since the liberation of the Nazi concentration and extermination camp Auschwitz-Birkenau.

80 years after the liberation of Auschwitz, it appears we have forgotten many of the lessons we learned from the Holocaust. The Holocaust didn’t begin with the gas chambers; it started by turning people against one another, denying the humanity of groups of people, and removing everyday freedoms.
