Just tested, and it's working the same as it always has as far as I can tell. If you log out in a place you're getting rested xp there's no wait to log out. If you're elsewhere it gives you the 20 second timer.

Was doing Tanaris world bosses and saw a group for Aeonaxx and was lucky enough to get in it.

Voted. It's insane that they think this will lead to anything but more abuse if people have to basically advertise to everyone out there who they are. It will just make it easier for people to target other.
