I have so many little drawing ideas from AFC! Been feeling motivated to get back into the art!

Thats awesome!!! I'm glad you've been getting good use out of it!! Eventually I wanted to make a vault that serves that sort of purpose, handling commission info (once I do that again lol) art project idea management, goals and daily productivity journals and all. Helps a lot!!

Ohh nice!! Yeah Ive been using mine as a zettelkasten, but also a spot I take all my notes, and do personal projects. So it's like a PARA system combined with a zettelkasten. I have a couple other vaults for more specific things though that I feel wouldn't connect well in my zettelkasten, like food!

DUDE SAME! I can't imagine going to anything else at this point. I broke my hand like 4 months ago and couldn't draw for a couple months, and in that time I found obsidian and started using it every single day haha. What have you been using it for?

I was thinking too, that I could combine what I've been learning about learning and note taking, and use obsidian to organize art information. Like for example a folder or note on breaking down gesturing with, examples from other artists that I analyze and record important details or key concepts

I LOVE IT!!! I've been going through some philosophy books, and going through the free open university courses, learning note taking and learning techniques, etc. Obsidian has been like a door flying open allowing me access to easy, flexible note taking. I've been obsessed haha

If I end up finding a good process for self teaching art with it, I'd love to make a video, or a PDF explaining it. I have some ideas that feel like they would be helpful for me!

I've been wicked obsessed with obsidian lately! (Powerful note taking app), I've mostly been using it for stuff like Philosophy, History, things in the humanities (Started making a zettelkasten a few months ago!) But I was thinking it could be useful for self teaching art as well. Gonna experiment!

Doodled a floppy eared dog in a beanie for gun, ended up really liking him and then turned him into a college dog haha. Nor sure what to name him, I've had some suggestions, but I'm still not totally sure!
