Not only did I find a Speed Champions scale two-post lift to 3D print, but I successfully managed to edit the model to fit in my tiny printer!

I, as it turns out, would download a car

A white, 3D printed object that looks like a large hex nut has been worn completely smooth, even in the inside where the threads would be. The center hole is large enough to put a finger through.

This is my absolute favorite print I’ve done so far!

It’s just a worry/fidget object I found online but I sanded it smooth and it feels SO GOOD!!

So I’ve figured out how to use three different slicer programs (technically two), two of them directly talk to my printer, but only one is officially compatible and it’s the one that doesn’t connect, naturally…

A small, white, 3D printed maneki-neko, aka Lucky Cat, aka Calling Cat, the kind that are often depicted holding a large coin and beckoning with a raised paw, but this one is a static model. Its file was included with the printer and was my first print.

I picked up a small, cheap 3D printer about a week ago on Craigslist (NIB, no less!) and it’s given me both the Instant Dopamine of a new toy, as well as Extended-Release Dopamine by way of ALL the variables to FAFO with!

One of the benefits of my ADHD is I rarely remember any of the things I’ve thrown out or deleted in a fit of ADHD shame/rage so I don’t have much remorse about the things my younger self destroyed

It’s got a dark, melancholic feel, a great ensemble of characters, wonderful casting, and gorgeous costuming

Plus it’s three short seasons so it gives you a few arcs without overstaying its welcome

Unpopular Opinion (given how frequently I see people on their phones while driving): Sitting in a turning lane waiting for a gap in traffic is NOT the time to completely tune out the real world and stare into your phone!

I’ve made my way deeper into the citadel and fought “the twins”, and I thought that ending felt really sad

I eventually found out what they really were and now I’m feeling real guilty in that “It had to be done but I still hate myself” sort of way

Yes I did shed a tear, I’m mature enough to say it

I finished Silksong Act 1!

I had a really excellent personal journey of learning and mastering the last boss; each time felt like I was getting closer and closer and eventually I was almost toying with the first phase before finally winning

But I was quickly humbled once I got inside the gate lol

Skull Tyrant coming back to wreck Bone Bottom was a cool surprise and I was a little choked up at the ceremony they held for their nameless friend

I noticed he got trampled during the fight and really appreciate the closure

This game has so much heart!

I finally beat that damned boss!!!

I didn’t realize you could deflect the projectiles and also forgot I had sub weapons so after those back-to-back revelations I got him in a few tries!

Now to see what collecting all five of those plot collectibles does…

When’s the last time you had cheese pizza, no toppings, no ranch (you animals), no pepper flakes, and just enjoyed the simplicity of dough, sauce, and mozzarella?

I could never be a top tier speedrunner because I simply cannot be bothered to swap out a weapon, aim down a sight, pop a shot in a 2mm wide gap to kill some guy, all just to save 1.6 seconds when I could just kill him normally and not have to do all that

Another facet is assuming every individual action is a black-and-white reflection of the actor’s overall morality and the actor meant it as such

“If you buy the Mario galaxy bundle then you’re a bad, stupid sheep and don’t care about corporate greed” is a very common take I see…

“Slop” becoming shorthand for anything from “this wasn’t quite what I expected” to “this is the most morally reprehensible thing in existence” is a reflection of how quickly nuance is being driven from, not public discourse (that’s been gone for a decade), but OUR OWN MINDS!!!

This is concept art testing what would happen if I drew a shop that might appear in a fantasy game with a bit more realism. I remember drawing this piece while referencing various materials too.

MAF’s coming home!

If I made video essays for YouTube about video games, would I have to create an illustrated version of myself to cosplay as the protagonist in the thumbnail for every video or is that negotiable because I can’t really draw?

I played trombone in marching band and will always fight for trombone appreciation but, guiltily, I can’t stand lyrical melodies played on the trombone

It’s a great instrument for it given the slide and the range but it will always sound like Charlie Brown adults to me
